This in-depth consultation is the first step in your training journey with Sit Happens. During our 90-minute session, we’ll review your intake form together, complete any additional forms, and dive deep into your dog’s behavior, history, and goals. We’ll walk through how the training process works, outline a personalized approach, and take time to answer any questions you may have. This session is all about setting you and your dog up for success with clarity, confidence, and a customized plan.

Personal Dog Training – $100 per session (1 hour)
Our one-on-one training sessions are fully tailored to your dog and your goals. Each 1-hour session focuses on the specific behaviors and skills we outlined during your initial consultation, using positive reinforcement methods and a customized training plan designed just for your dog. These sessions are hands-on, informative, and built to create lasting results.

5-Session Package – $450 (Save $50)
10-Session Package – $850 (Save $150)

Puppy Programs - NEW!!
Bringing home a puppy is exciting and can feel a little overwhelming. Those early weeks shape your puppy’s confidence, habits, and ability to navigate the human world. That is why our Puppy Programs are designed to support both you and your puppy during this critical developmental window.
Our puppy programs focus on building real life skills through positive reinforcement, clear communication, and age-appropriate expectations. We do not rush through a checklist of cues. Instead, we teach your puppy how to learn, how to settle, and how to make good choices. These are skills that grow with them long after puppyhood.
Training begins as early as 10 weeks and progresses alongside your puppy’s physical and emotional development. Sessions are customized to your puppy’s age, vaccination status, and lifestyle. We blend foundational manners with confidence building exercises, enrichment, and at home practice plans that fit real families.

Bite inhibition and polite play
Calm handling and body awareness
Name recognition, engagement, and focus
Loose leash foundations and recall basics

All Puppy Programs at Sit Happens Dog Training follow the same force free, development-based approach. The difference between Basic and Premium comes down to the level of support, check ins, and ongoing guidance you would like as your puppy grows.
Puppy Program Basic - $295
Best for families who want professional guidance and a strong foundation with structured support to get started.
Includes:
One 90-minute in home puppy consultation
Two 60-minute follow up training sessions
One 30-minute virtual check in
Puppy Parent Packet with essential puppy raising resources
An agreed upon, age-appropriate training plan developed during the consultation
OPTIONAL": Can add on puppy starter kit for $60
Puppy Program Premium - $515
Best for families who want additional support, accountability, and ongoing access as new challenges arise.
Includes everything in the Basic program, plus:
An additional 60-minute virtual check-in
An additional 30-minute virtual check-in
Extended 30-day post program email support
Puppy starter kit to support enrichment and training at home
Upgraded Puppy Parent Packet with additional and advanced information
10% discount on future Sit Happens services for one year
Midday Manners - COMING SOON
Midday Manners is a daytime walk-and-train style program designed to support dogs who benefit from consistent training built into their day.
Training sessions take place without parents present and are led one-on-one by your trainer. Each session focuses on practical skills like leash manners, calm engagement, and confidence in real-world environments using positive reinforcement and an individualized training plan.
After each session, you will receive updates and short training videos so you can see what was worked on and understand how to support progress at home.
Midday Manners is a great fit for busy families who want steady training support beyond evenings and weekends, while still staying involved in their dog’s learning process.
